Lingyu Guan, PhD

Bioinformatics Scientist


Lingyu Guan is a Bioinformatics Scientist in the Center for Computational and Genomic Medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She received her PhD in Computational Biology from Rutgers University, where she worked with Dr. Andrey Grigoriev studying regulatory RNA fragments. She received her BS in Bioinformatics from Tongji University working with Dr. Ruixin Zhu on metagenomics. She is currently interested in studying long-read sequencing.
